Refund Policy
Refund Policy - the basics
You can request a refund for up to 7 working days after delivery. We do not issue refunds for items not fitting if they are the size that you ordered. All items are described in the description. If your items arrive not as described then please email us with your order number, pictures and a description of the issue, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will only refund the cost of the item that is damaged and not the other items or the shipping cost. All refunds take up to 7 working days after being accepted.
Lost Items
Please leave up to 14 working days after the shipment notification to report any items that haven't arrived. All issues should be reported through email. We will then chase this up with the courier and keep you updated once we have heard back.
